Served only on Sundays, our famous breakfast started as an open house each spring for customers to sample the season’s fresh pure maple syrup. It quickly evolved into a year-round weekend destination as our visitors begged us to stay open for more and more months out of the year. It’s a favorite place to bring family and friends for local flavors and special occasions. Pure Maple Syrup is always the centerpiece, but our menu also features traditional regional dishes, healthy vegetarian selections, and local favorites.
Our most recent ambition is to grow as many ingredients as we can here on our own land. In addition to our maple syrup, you will find our own eggs, jams, pork sausage, bacon, beets, potatoes, berries for pancakes, and granola on the menu. What we don’t make ourselves, we deliberately source locally. Our bread, yogurt, cider, cheese, coffee, honey, and pancake mixes are all made by local producers. Patrons are always welcome to visit the chicken house or explore what the farm has to offer.
